• Prof Dr Daniel F Nyaungwa oversees the operations of the Institution with the Vice Chancellor as the Day to Day manager. He has been a Senior lecturer, administrator and a founding Rector of Monitronic Success College.
• He established Monitronic Success College together with his wife Monica Mwalengwa Nyaungwa in 1999. He has vast experience in higher education quality assurance. He has published a number of research articles and is finalizing two higher education textbooks to be published soon.
• Prof Dr Daniel F Nyaungwa is a holder of several undergraduate qualifications Diplomas and Certificates, Bachelor of Business with Education, Master of Arts in Educational Management, an MBA, Mphil, PhD, and DBA -Doctorate in Business Administration from Netherlands. 
• He has spoken in several conferences including the 8^th International Conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education in Africa (ICQAHEA), hosted by National Council of Higher Education (NCHE) and University of Namibia (UNAM). He also a columnist with daily newspaper NEW ERA titled, ‘It makes perfect sense .
