• Mrs Monica Mwalengwa Nyaungwa went into exile to join the liberation struggle at the age of 15 years where she studied in private colleges where she got the inspiration to start one.
• She is a co-founder of Monitronic Success College. The name Monitronic, comes from her name Monica.

She possesses various qualifications including;

•  Certificate in Secretarial and Administration
• Diploma and in Human Resources Management
• Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies.
•  She has over 20 years of hands on experience in College administration.
